1.Is safety while riding my EFLOW boards ?
EFLOW has get CE,FCC, RoHS, the battery LG and Samsung,has UN38.3,MSDS,WERCS .So get the organization testing certification .But we always recommend wearing a helmet and other safety gear like gloves, pads, and long sleeves when riding.
2.Does my EFLOW board has regenerative braking ?
Yes . EFLOW board employs multiple types of braking technologies that allow it to smoothly and quickly slow down and come to a complete stop.
3.Can I ride my EFLOW boards in the rain ?
EFLOW BOARD’s waterproof is IP65. We do not suggestion riding in the rain .Any amount of water has the potential of damaging the board. Water damage is not covered under warranty. Riding on wet pavement is extremely dangerous due to the potential for losing traction and control.
4.Can I take my EFLOW board on an airplane ?
As the international transport rules . Yes . The battery is less than 100Wh . But also need check with local airlines.
5.Can I match my own EFLOW board ?
Yes . You can choose the color of deck and truck and wheel and so on we have in store . But please pay the extra labor cost USD .

Your board usually will be shipped within 3 days of the day you order! It may delay out of the parts.But we'll always try our best to ship the board out in time.

United states: 9-13 days.
Europe: 12-15 days.
Canada: 15-20 days.
Australia: 10-13 days.
Western Australia: 13-17 days.
South Korea: 5-7 days.
Japan: Signage 5-7 days in.
Taiwan: 5-7 days.
Singapore: 5-7 days.
West Malaysia: 5-7 days.
East Malaysia: 7-10 days.
Vietnam: 7-10 days.
Tracking number
we'll fill in the tracking number through your order after the board is shipped. Please note that the tracking time stated on your tracking number is not accurate, as we are utilizing a special shipping method.you can track order on our website.
Tax
if your order is with completed board,no tax will be charged for US and EU. (tax will by charged for customers in NZ/Norway/Switzerland/South Korea) if you buy spare parts and ship to EU/NZ/AU,you will need to pay tax. Note:If you live in New Zealand,maybe we will ship your board at twice due to the custom rules.we will ship your board without battery and remote at first, and then we ship your battery and remote in another shipping way,so you will get 2 packages and then get a complete board.
